Partly sunny
Today's University Park forecast

Although cold temperatures will persist this week, the next couple of days will be characterized by partly sunny skies. There is still no definite sign that temperature will rise above the freezing point in the foreseeable future. A low pressure system that is expected to develop later this week does not look like that it will be very significant in terms of snowfall as it currently looks like it will track too far to the South. The only effect the storm might have is a slight rise in temperature.
