[ Friday, Jan. 17, 2003 ] Today's University Park forecast Frigid conditions will remain entrenched throughout the region this weekend and for the start of next week. After a low pressure system moved across the south and eastern parts of the state last night, some residual flurries will spread across the state early before some clearing occurs late today. Under mainly clear skies tonight, temperatures in many locations will drop to there coldest values of the season. A few clouds will start to move into the area on Saturday and Sunday as another reinforcing punch of cold air blasts its way into the state. -- Prepared by the Campus Weather Service Today: Frigid, mix of sun and clouds,
