Troy K. Childers, 22, of 207 Rosa Lane, waived his preliminary hearing yesterday at the Centre County Courthouse, Bellefonte. He is charged with aggravated assault, criminal trespass, aggravated harassment by prisoner and two counts of criminal mischief. The charges stem from a Jan. 8 incident in which Childers allegedly assaulted several police officers.
