I am writing in regard to the Pollock Library. This computer library is a hotspot for students completing end-of-the-semester papers, projects and especially group projects. How is it that during of one of the busiest weeks of the semester only one printer is functioning for over 300 computers? I, along with about a dozen other students, waited for 20 minutes for my paper to print; however, I could not even retrieve my paper because I would have been late to class if I waited any longer. I hope Penn State can fix this problem immediately.
