SPORTS

After starting the season 0-3, including consecutive losses to Ivy League teams, the Penn State men's basketball team won't get a break today when it takes on Clemson.

It has become a late fall semester tradition, something to set your calendars by. Seemingly without fail, as November slowly rolls into December, the Penn State women's volleyball team gets ready to host NCAA tournament action.

Wrestlers upset with tourney finish

In the 1987 movie Over the Top, Lincoln Hawk, played by Sylvester Stallone, heroically overcomes insurmountable odds to win a major armwrestling tournament. SCIHEALTH

For many students, music and math couldn't seem more different.

As the popularity of file-sharing programs such as Kazaa and LimeWire attests, advances in the technology of digital music have undeniably had an effect on the music industry.

In recent years the increased production and sales of CD burning technology has led to massive amounts of software pirating.

Music is an integral part of people's lives all over the world. It is well known as a universal language, easy for children and adults to understand and one with inherent abilities to stimulate the mind, body and emotions.

ARTS

There are cover bands. And then there's Dark Star Orchestra (DSO).

Tap dancing is not a dying art.

WEATHER

Morning flurries then clearing skies. High 23.
