Today's University Park forecast

As the busiest travel day of the year approaches so will a low pressure system forming in the Ohio Valley bringing cold and snowy conditions. The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for most of Pennsylvania for Tuesday night into Wednesday. The system should move out of the region by Wednesday afternoon setting up the area for a Thanksgiving Day with partly cloudy skies and temperatures well below average. As November wraps up, skies will remain mostly cloudy and temperatures will also remain below normal.
