Thanksgiving break is almost here, and as turkey day approaches, the campus population is thinning out.

With the creation of a temporary committee to develop a spring Undergraduate Student Government (USG) election code, senators and students have ideas to change the way elections will be conducted from prior years.

Penn State President Graham Spanier responded to questions including rising tuition and his opposition to making teacher evaluations public at last night's Undergraduate Student Government Academic Assembly meeting.

Cold weather and shortened days -- the most noticeable signs of winter's approach -- are affecting some students' moods and behavior, experts say.
