The director of the Office of Judicial Affairs met with Undergraduate Student Government (USG) Town Caucus Wednesday night to provide town senators with information on Penn State's off-campus misconduct policy.

Toxicology results report that Kelly Hockenberry died as a result of drowning, said Centre County Coroner Scott A. Sayers in a press release. Hockenberry was found on Oct.1 floating in Spring Creek in College Township. Sayers said Hockenberry's death was accidental.

Let this reporter preface the following review with these facts: he does not typically like movies geared towards children, he has not read any of the Harry Potter books and he was not particularly amazed by the first film based on the series, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Ever since the whole East Coast-West Coast battle, rap as a whole has toned down to a more subdued, laid-back style. Question: How long will it take me to mention Rage Against the Machine and Soundgarden in this review? At the words "Christian music," I fear most people will either skip this review or hum Creed lyrics (even though, contrary to popular belief they're not even a Christian band). If you are even thinking about going to see Steven Seagal and Ja Rule's new film, Half Past Dead -- don't. For most men, fashion shows are about as exciting as a trip to Bed Bath & Beyond -- unless you are talking about the annual Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
