Soccer's home finale canceled for Sunday

The Penn State men's soccer team (10-7-0; 3-3-0) continues to battle the outdoor elements late in the season as Sunday's home finale against Old Dominion has been cancelled due to poor field conditions. Jeffrey Field, the Nittany Lions home facility has been battered by the wintry conditions therefore making the field unsuitable for play.

Five Penn State seniors were to be honored prior to the start of the Old Dominion contest. Seniors Ben Dawson, Brett Forbrich Brent Jacquette, Jorma Makipaa, and Ryan Sickman will now play their final regular season game in a Penn State uniform on Tuesday at Lehigh. Game time is set to kick off at 7 p.m. at Ulrich Field.
