By the time we get to college, we've all had years of experience trying to think of the one Halloween costume that will put all of our past costumes to shame. It's that time of year again, so Venues asked Penn State students: "What has been your most creative Halloween costume?"
"I was Mary Poppins once. That's definitely something people don't normally do."
