[ Monday, Oct. 28, 2002 ] Today's University Park forecast A gray end to October lies ahead for State College. Clouds will remain in the sky for pretty much the entire work week. A low pressure system will slide in from the south towards midweek and will bring with it a chance for rain. As this precipitation tapers off, colder air will begin to flow into the area from the north. Plenty of cloud cover will still be present, and scattered snow flurries will be possible. Most of the significant bands of snow will remain to the northwest, especially the Great Lakes region. -- Prepared by the Campus Weather Service Five-day forecast Today: Cloudy. High 47.
