An arrest warrant has been issued for the missing son of a murdered College Township couple.
Daniel Opdenhoff, the son of the slain William and Georgeann Opdenhoff, is being charged with unauthorized use of his parents ATM card at three State College locations between 9:57 p.m. Saturday and 2:48 a.m. Sunday, the State College Police Department said. He has not been named a suspect in his parents' murder.
Police said Daniel Opdenhoff used the card at Omega Bank, 1480 E. College Ave., Unimart, 500 E. College Ave., and M&T Bank, 240 S. Pugh St., with the transactions totaling $700. Police added that videotape of some of the transactions has been obtained.
Police said they believe that William Opdenhoff's wallet was removed from his pants pocket. Police also said yesterday that they believe the time of the deaths to be between 6:30 and 10:30 p.m. Saturday. The last known contact with the couple was a telephone conversation that took place sometime early Saturday evening, police said.
Daniel Opdenhoff, who police have been unable to contact since his parents' bodies were found, is being sought by police for information regarding the double homicide. Although police have not named a suspect in the murders, they say Daniel Opdenhoff is needed to gain insight into what occurred in the secluded College Township home Saturday evening.
Police said Daniel Opdenhoff left the area Sunday morning but that his exact current location remains unknown. They also said they are unsure if or when the 24-year-old will return to State College.

All three vehicles belonging to the Opdenhoff family, one of which belongs to Daniel Opdenhoff, were found at the 319 Hill Drive residence, police said.
Anyone who may have information into the whereabouts of Daniel Opdenhoff or who sees him is advised by police to avoid contact and notify police immediately via 911.
Daniel Opdenhoff is described as 5 foot 11 inches tall, 150 pounds with short, sandy-blond hair and blue eyes. He might also have a short beard.
William and Georgeann Opdenhoff were found murdered in their home around 12:15 Monday morning after a family relative was unable to contact the victims.
Autopsy results released earlier this week revealed both William and Georgeann Opdenhoff were killed as a result of blunt force trauma to the head. Police have ruled out the use of a firearm in the slayings and said no firearms are believed to be kept in the home.
The use of a bloodhound and an in-depth search of the Opdenhoff's home, yard and wooded area surrounding the house was performed by investigators Tuesday and led to the discovery of new evidnce.
