John Tesh to take BJC stage in December

Award-winning musician John Tesh, with special guest Nicole C. Mullen, will perform at the Bryce Jordan Center at 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 9. Tickets for the event go on sale Wednesday at 8 a.m.

Tesh left his position as co-host of Entertainment Tonight in 1996 to pursue his career as a fulltime musician. Tesh's CD, A Deeper Faith -- which was released in March -- continues to appear in the Billboard Top 200. His most recent release, Christmas Worship, is the follow-up to the certified gold selling A Romantic Christmas of nearly a decade ago.

The Grammy-nominated singer will be joined by Nicole C. Mullen, the first woman in 14 years to receive the Gospel Music Association's Songwriter of the Year award. She is touring in support of her second full-length album, Talk About It.

Tickets will be priced at $37.50 and $45. Tickets will be available at the Bryce Jordan Ticket Center, Eisenhower Auditorium, select Uni-Marts, and Altoona Campus ticket outlets. They can also be charged by phone by calling 865-5555 or (800) 863-3336, or online at www.bjc.psu.edu.
