IFC: Fraternity will not face further action

Interfraternity Council (IFC) President Max Pipman said no further action will be taken toward Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity, 346 E. Prospect Ave, until its arraignment.

The arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 13.

The fraternity has been under suspension from the national chapter since it was confirmed that Natalie Paglione attended a party held by the fraternity before she fell from her eighth-floor apartment window.

IFC will not penalize the fraternity further until the charges against it are known, Pipman said.

"Everything's at the same stance since we began the investigation," he said.
