[ Friday, Oct. 11, 2002 ] Today's University Park forecast
A system of low pressure approaching from the southwest brings a significant amount of rain to the state of Pennsylvania this weekend. Rain should be spotty today, becoming steadier tonight. Conditions should clear out over the weekend when an area of high pressure parks itself in the region. This should make temperatures a bit chilly for this time of the year, especially at night when the low could be in the vicinity of the freezing point.
