A woman visiting Penn State vas indecently assaulted in a hotel room early Sunday morning, Penn State Police Services said.

Police said the victim was assaulted by an acquaintance, but neither the victim nor the aggressor are Penn State students, police said. They were guests at the Nittany Lion Inn.

The incident is under investigation, police said.
