[ Friday, Oct. 4, 2002 ] Today's University Park forecast A cold front passed through the area from the north overnight. This system should bring scattered showers and a few isolated thunderstorms mostly to our north. The cold front will retreat as a warm front later today, bringing more scattered showers. After this area of low pressure moves out of the region, seasonable autumn weather should return and remain for at least the beginning of next week. The remains of Lili should merge with the low pressure system but her influence should remain mostly north and west of Pennsylvania. --
