Mark Alonzo Williams, who was charged with rape and sexual assault, was bound over to trial at his preliminary hearing yesterday at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte.
Williams has been charged with one count of rape, one count of involuntary sexual deviate intercourse and one count of sexual assault stemming from an alleged incident with another man in August.
Separately, Daniel Armella, who was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, has had his preliminary trial continued until next week.
Armella allegedly exposed himself and offered to perform sexual acts to people in a Patton Township public park last weekend.
