Fall victim's condition still remains critical

The 20-year-old Penn State student who fell from an eighth-story window early Sunday morning remains in critical condition at Hershey Medical Center, a hospital official said yesterday. The State College Police Department said Natalie Paglione fell from the window of her Beaver Terrace apartment, 456 E. Beaver Ave.

As part of an ongoing investigation, the department is searching for the source of the alcohol provided to Paglione and may file criminal charges because Paglione is underage.

Sgt. John Wilson declined to comment on the progress of the investigation yesterday.

Paglione is expected to survive.
