On behalf of the Commission for the Prevention of Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Abuse (CPATODA), I would like to applaud everyone who made responsible decisions about drinking during our first home football weekend.
When members of the Penn State community make smart choices about partying, all of us benefit from the increased safety and civility. We can all be proud of community standards that demonstrate our caring and respect for one another. As we move through what we hope will be a successful football season, the commission encourages continued good citizenship. We also welcome you to take advantage of the alternative activities available every weekend through Late Night Penn State. There are always plenty of alcohol-free things to do here.
