Football players poster should show toughness

Has anyone seen the new marketing strategy for our "boys in blue and white"? If you don't know what I am talking about, take a look at the poster entitled "JOEPA'S ELEVEN." Eleven what? You would expect a few of our hard working men working hard lifting weights and hitting tackle dummies maybe catching a few balls. You know something to make us think they are really working to get back to the top where we belong. Right? Wrong. This poster depicts 11 players supposedly on our football team just standing there, doing nothing. Five of them have their hands together in some sort of martial arts gesture and the other six are just standing there. Everyone looks like sycophants and GQ pretty boys that are too macho to get dirty.

Come on JoePa, please don't let our boys be portrayed in such a manor that tells everyone that we are taking it easy over here in Happy Valley. Please stand up for the principles of yester-year and give us men who are pumping iron and hitting the ground; men who aren't afraid to get dirty or talk to their fans. Show that they're in the national spot light and in search for a national championship. Please?
