The preliminary hearing for Jonathan Street of State College was continued until Aug. 7. Street was arrested on July 11 and charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, two counts of sexual assault, two counts of aggravated indecent assault and two counts of indecent assault.

Also, Joshua Steffen of State College waved his preliminary hearing yesterday. He now awaits his pretrial conference on Sept. 26. Steffen was arrested on May 5 and charged with criminal attempt, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure.
