Penn State's Board of Trustees approved the largest tuition increase in 20 years earlier today.

CARLISLE — Penn State's tuition will increase 13.5 percent next year, under the budget presented by Penn State President Graham Spanier yesterday to Penn State's Board of Trustees.

Along with culture, food and people, the 36th annual Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts brings the need for heightened security.
