This summer, seven Penn State students will compete for the title of Miss Pennsylvania, more women than Penn State has ever had competing in the statewide competition.

Miss Penn State Emily Wills (freshman-psychology), her sister Melissa Wills (senior-speech communication), Makini Young (senior-operations and information systems management), Libby Montiel (senior-music education), Amy Deatrich (sophomore-journalism), Autumn Marisa (senior-journalism) and Bethany Watson, a student at the Abington campus, will represent the university.

The Miss Pennsylvania Pageant will take place from July 12-13 at Nazareth Area High School in Nazareth.
