Penn State's Center for Women Studies will work with local Girl Scouts and New Moon Publishing to display one of the Millennium Quilts made by Girl Scouts in the northeast region of the United States.
Girls around the world were asked to contribute squares to the quilt. Each square pays tribute to events or women in history, celebrate influence women, or represent what women of the future will be like.
The quilt can be seen at the main entrance of the Hub-Robeson Center until April 28.
