Letter to the Editor
Americans must boost international reputation

I agree with Tyler Britten's comments to end U.S. military and economic support of Israel.

If George W. Bush says he wants to stop the terrorists, he needs to begin a military campaign against Israel.

If he also says he wants to stop governments who support terrorism, then he should start bombing Washington D.C. too. The only ties the United States should have in the region are diplomatic, and economic ones. Our weapons and military should stay in our own country.

If we don't do a better job improving our international reputation, it is only a matter of time before another catastrophic attack against Americans. Let's be as neutral as the Swiss are.
