Four suspects waive preliminary hearings

The four men charged with videotaping their alleged sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl in September waived their preliminary hearings yesterday.

Daath Nix, 20, Khaalig Walker, 23, Randy Bell, 19, and Rudolph Bolling, 21, are charged with criminal conspiracy, sexual abuse of children and corruption of minors.

According to police reports, the men picked up the girl and her friend at Sheetz, 1781 N. Atherton St., and brought them back to a University Commons apartment, 201 Vairo Boulevard, where the incident occurred.

As of last week, the police were searching for two other suspects. Patton Township Police were not available for comment yesterday.
