Rained out rock

A half-pipe sits empty in the East Halls Quad on Tuesday. The Sobe and ESPN Magazine "Rock 'N Rip Tour" stopped at Penn State but was foiled by the soggy weather. The half-pipe was supposed to be the showplace for the Action Sports Atheletes, a group of BMX bikers. East Halls residents were dissapointed at the cancellation.
