Theft: A student reported the theft of a bicycle from a rack outside of Hartranft Hall, Penn State Police Services said. The theft occurred sometime between Feb. 27 and March 12, and the estimated value is $370, police said.
- Theft: A student reported an unknown person entered his residence in Nittany Apartments sometime between 2:40 and 4:25 p.m. yesterday and removed two video game players, police said. The value is estimated at $340, police said.
