After reading the sports section of Monday's Daily Collegian, I was surprised not to see any articles regarding this past weekend's PGA golf championship held at the TPC at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.

The Players Championship is considered to be "The Fifth Major" on the PGA tour and carries many perks of winning, including a five-year exemption on the PGA tour and the last invite to this year's Masters at the Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia.
