A panel discussion on venture capital funding will be at 6:45 tonight in 201 Thomas.

The discussion will look at how and when venture capital can be used to strengthen businesses and also will include a debate about the positive and negative aspects of venture capital funding.

The panel will include Bill Frezza, general partner of Adams Capital Management, and local business owners.

The discussion is free and open to the public.

This is the third in a series of events presented by the Engineering Entrepreneurship program in the College of Engineering. It is co-sponsored by the GE Learning Excellence Fund.
