The self-proclaimed "Greatest Show On Earth" is on its way to Penn State.

The Bryce Jordan Center will host the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus for four consecutive dates. Tickets for the performances, which will run April 25 through April 28, went on sale a week ago.

This is the 131st edition of the circus. Jonathan Lee Iverson will serve as the show's ringmaster.

The show is aiming to capture adolescent audiences with its new Max-Air Blizzard Battalion, which the circus bills as "extreme sports (meeting) the Greatest Show On Earth."

Priced at $25, $18, $15 and $10, tickets are available at the Jordan Center, Eisenhower Auditorium, the HUB-Robeson Center and selected Uni-Mart ticket outlets.

Children age 2 and under are free.
