The Third Annual S.T.A.R.T. Conference will meet at Penn State on Saturday, March 23. This year's theme is "One Puzzle, Many Pieces."

The Striving Towards Awareness and Respect for Tomorrow Conference is run by undergraduates in the Smeal College of Business. This year's conference will feature a keynote address as well as several workshops and information sessions.

The conference aims to provide students with the foundation to gain insights into the corporate world and to introduce students to issues regarding diversity in the workplace.
