Laavanya "Lavonia" Gomber, 22, was arraigned last week on drug charges that link him to sales and distribution of Ecstasy in the 1998 to 1999 school year.
His was allegedly involved with a 12-person drug ring that operated in State College and through the fraternity system during that time period.
Gomber was receiving weekly deliveries of 100-150 pills of Ecstasy at the Delta Chi fraternity, 424 E. Fairmount Ave.
The drugs were delivered by Oleg "Alex" Logatchev and Jeremy Crouse, who allegedly brought an estimated 98,000 pills of Ecstasy and 56 ounces of cocaine into State College.
Gomber was released on $10,000 unsecured bail and waived his preliminary hearing.
