The Nittany Lions (7-16, 3-9) have won two of their last three, and that is something that happened only once previously this season, when they beat Bucknell and Coppin State consecutively in late December.

ARTS

Penn State School of Theatre brings Anything Goes -- and all its jokes, tunes and mistaken identities -- to dock at 8 tonight in the Playhouse Theatre.

Acclaimed by critics for its unique insight and 'atomic' stage design, Copenhagen, Michael Frayn's Tony Award-winning play, is based on the secret 1941 meeting between two brilliant physicists discussing the potential for an atomic bomb in Nazi Germany.

The time has finally arrived. For the many college students who call themselves children of the '80s, the decade of their most innocent years has become a cradle of nostalgia and a source of reminiscence.

Venues decided to find out some of Penn State's most hated fads that just won't go away.

Take a serving of blues, an influence of rock, a little bit of jazz, some swing and four musically talented and driven guys. Mix well and you'll get a nice heaving helping of Third Degree.

No Refund Theatre is acting out a play about roommates who mix together just as well as oil and water.

Famed percussion quartet Ethos has arrived at Penn State with Grammy Award-winning drummer Glen Velez and will perform at 8 p.m. tomorrow in Eisenhower Auditorium.

Continuing a recent trend of electronic music seeping into the mainstream cracks of local music, Drum & Bass DJ J. Smooth comes to inspire the Crowbar, 420 E. College Ave., into a dance craze.

In 1990 Capcom released Mega Man 3, the pinnacle of the long-running platform series. Ten years and more than 30 titles later, gamers still find themselves attracted to one of the very first in the series' long history.

My Opinion: Gretchen E. Gailey

The two-day event, Sones de la Calle: Latina/o Popular Culture and Politics will draw to a close today with two speeches and discussions.
