Georges Moussa, 23, was arraigned yesterday on drug charges that connect him with the alleged drug ring suspected of distributing millions of dollars of Ecstasy in State College and through the fraternity system.
Moussa is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of criminal conspiracy. During the 1998 to 1999 school year, Moussa is suspected of receiving weekly deliveries of 100 Ecstasy pills and one ounce of cocaine at Phi Kappa Psi, 403 Locust Lane.
Moussa is one of 12 suspects in this investigation. Seven men and one woman have been arraigned so far, four of whom were also receiving drugs at fraternity addresses.
