The Recording Engineering Collaboration will host "The 2nd and 11th Annual Degicank Music Festival" from 6 to 11 p.m. tomorrow at the State College VFW Hall, 139 N. Barnard St.

The event will feature four bands, a DJ, a popcorn machine, games, limousine rides and a chili cook-off.

The name of the festival is a reference to Kurt Vonnegut's novel Timequake.
