Terroristic threats: An unknown person called in a bomb threat to an office in Willard Building yesterday shortly before 4 p.m. Penn State Police Services officers posted signs warning people of the threat and searched the building. Those inside had the option to leave, but the building was not evacuated. The search found no evidence of a bomb, police said.

Theft: A staff member at the Computer Building reported the theft of a laptop computer from a room in Boucke Building sometime between Jan. 11 and Jan. 30, Penn State police said. The value of the laptop is estimated at $1,500, police said.
