[ Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2002 ] Today's University Park
forecast
Southwesterly winds will continue to bring unseasonably
warm temperatures to our area through mid week. Clouds
filtering from the southwest will thicken in advance of a
low pressure system developing in the southern plains. As
the storm moves toward the region, moisture will be drawn
up from the Gulf of Mexico and produce rain by
weeks end. In the wake of this system, temperatures
will return to more winter-like levels.
