pressure system from the south will relieve us from the
bitterly cold winter tempearutes of the past few days.
The sys tem will bring an increase in clouds throughout
today as rain comes into our region by midday on
Wednesday. Showers will persisit on and off through
Thursday, while tempeartures remain well above normal
into the early part of the weekend.

Highlight
Even in the middle of our winter, there is a tropical
cyclone spinning in the waters of the South Indian Ocean.
Dina is packing sustained winds topping out at 145mph
while tracking towards Madagascar at 12 mph. Forecasters
believe that she will keep her intensity in the days to
follow
