American Education Services, a financial aid organization for students, recently expanded its services by adding an online forum for students and parents to contact AES representatives.
The new services include several electronic methods of contact, such as e-mail, live chat and voice over the Internet. These will augment student's options to have an AES representative contact them or the more traditional toll-free phone service.
The new additions to AES can be found at www.CampusChamps.com, a Web site sponsored by AES. The site also offers a variety of services for student athletes, both before and during college.
AES President and CEO Michael Hershock said the services were designed to use technology to facilitate contact between students and the organization.
AES is a non-profit organization and a division of the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency. For more information on the new services provided by AES, visit the organization's Web site at www.aessuccess.org.
