Bookstores asking for donations for Nigerians

Several local bookstores are sponsoring a drive to deliver textbooks to Nigerian universities. During the buyback period, students are asked to donate their books to benefit students in Nigeria, who are in great shortage of textbooks. Many are forced to read homework assignments in departmental libraries with long lines and short hours.

Boxes for book donations will be located outside of C4 Atherton Hall and 215 Carnegie Building as well as the Student Book Store, 330 E. College Ave., Penn State Bookstore and the East Halls bookstore, during the buyback period. Any textbooks or scholarly journals are welcome.
