Throwing things a bad football game tradition

I have been going to Penn State football games since I was 10 years old. But this season was the first time I have had the pleasure of seeing the game from the student section. There is one part that is rather unpleasant though, getting hit in the back with cups full of Coke or nacho cheese or a full bottle of Aquafina.

It is my understanding that the previous tradition was throwing marshmallows when a touchdown was scored. So, at Nov. 17 when we play Indiana, I will be bringing a bag of marshmallows to throw and I would like to extend an invitation to everyone else to follow along.
