Police Log

  • Burglary: Sometime between 9 p.m. Friday and 3:30 a.m. Saturday, unknown persons broke into an apartment at Beaver Hill Apartments, 340 E. Beaver Ave., and stole a CD tower, 49 CDs and the top half of a lava lamp, the State College Police Department said. The total value of the stolen items is estimated at $795, police said.

  • Criminal Mischief: Late Thursday evening, an Office of Physical Plant employee reported someone had damaged a window in the Forum Building, Penn State Police Services said. The exact time the incident occurred is unknown and the estimated value of the damages is $400, police said.

  • Theft: Unknown persons stole a CD player, a calculator, a backpack, a Sony Playstation and eight games Saturday night from an apartment at Beaver Hill Apartments, 340 E. Beaver Ave., State College police said.

    The items, taken from the apartment during a party, were valued at $965, police said.

State College police are located at 243 S. Allen St. in the Municipal Building.
