The staff of the Penn State University Archives recently created an online, visual history of the Penn State campus called "University Park Campus History Digital Archives."
The site, which features primary source materials from 1855 to the present, can be viewed at http://www.psubldg.libraries.psu.edu. The archives are divided into five major categories, which include history of the campus, maps, developmental plans, buildings and campus landmarks. Links, quick references and other interesting resources also are available on the site. Funding was granted by Penn State's Office of Undergraduate Education.
For more information, contact Jackie Esposito, university archivist, at 814-863-3791 or jxe2@psu.edu.
