Centre Region Parks and Recreation will sponsor recreational ice-skating programs from 7 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday nights at the Penn State Ice Pavilion.

The programs will run from now until November 13, and they are geared towards people with special needs.

The program is open to people of all ages and skating abilities.

The fee for the program, which includes rental skates for the evening, is $1 per night, and advanced registration is not required.
