A Public Issues Forum on alcohol will meet from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. tomorrow at the HUB-Robeson Center.

Penn State and local municipal officials will hear suggestions voiced during the discussion for future action against alcohol abuse.

The forum's focus is on dangerous drinking, which is defined as drinking that can involve injury, sexual assault, violence, vandalism and property damage, according to a release from the Barash Group.

The event is free, and food and beverages will be provided.

Some of the attendees will include community and university leaders, Penn State students, and public health and safety officials who will explore various methods of dealing with dangerous drinking, according to the release.
