Men's basketball to host Blue-White game

The Penn State Nittany Lion basketball team, fresh off an appearance in the NCAA Sweet 16, will host its annual Blue-White Game on Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 7:30 p.m.

Fans can get a sneak preview of the 2001-2002 Nittany Lions at the intra-squad scrimmage. Admission is free and the Centre County United Way will be collecting a $2 donation at the door. Many prizes will be given away as well.

Penn State, under the guidance of veteran head coach Jerry Dunn, went 21-12 last year and advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16 with tournament wins over Providence and North Carolina. This year's team will feature returning starter Tyler Smith and guards Brandon Watkins and Jamaal Tate.
