Some
sunshine will return to Happy Valley today, but it will
remain brisk with temperatures continuing to be well
below normal. Gradual clearing will continue into the
weekend, and temperatures will begin to moderate slightly
as the stagnant upper level low that plagued the region
this week slowly moves off the east coast. Seasonable
conditions will overtake the area through the beginning
of next week.
