An Elwood City man was arraigned yesterday for allegedly exposing himself to another male in a Rec Hall men’s locker room.
Justin Andrew Pigza, 28, is charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. Pigza was arraigned before District Justice Brad Lunsford with bail set at $500.
Penn State Police Services was notified when the victim called to report that a male had exposed his genitalia underneath the restroom stall to the victim, who was in the stall beside Pigza, police said.
Pigza waived his right to silence and admitted to police that he had shown his genitalia, police said.
"Yes, I exposed myself. I just bent down and showed my genitalia to the person in the next stall," Pigza said, according to police documents.
Pigza told police he became sexually aroused after reading graffiti on the inside of the stall, police said. He currently is being held in Centre County Prison, police said.
